The Gerry Lopez River Surf Invitational has been scheduled for Labor Day Weekend 2025!
This biennial competition will be a two-day battle between the best riversurfers on planet earth. On Saturday and Sunday, each surfer will compete in a variety of events that will lead to just 1 being declared champion. With $40k in prize money on the line, expect these competitors to give it everything they've got.

The Open Amateur division, taking place on Thursday & Friday will also be a qualifier for the Invitational. The top male and female surfers from the Open Amateur division will claim the final roster spots in the Gerry Lopez Invitational, as well as cash & prizes!

From pro practice sessions to the main event & awards, our stadium is the PERFECT place to watch the best river surfers on the planet compete for over $40k in cash prizes.
Food & Beverage options are available at TwoCan Jenny's Bar and the Surfside Taco Truck. As usual, The Vine will be serving up coffee, and we also have your sweet-tooth covered at "Sweet Treats."
